What I build

I don't just advise on AI. I build with it.

Most strategists talk about technology. I use it every day. This page shows my two products, and below them an example of the custom instruments I build for sessions and strategy days, with AI as a lever. I don't wait for a vendor or a lengthy proposal: I build it to fit and put it live.

01Commercial platform
Feastly

Feastly: from idea to a working, revenue-generating platform

What it is

A commercial platform for events that I built entirely myself, from concept to launch. Customers order and pay online, automatically get their own self-service editor, and choose from multiple products with tiers, upsells and a business quote flow. Including a referral growth loop and fully automated delivery.

What it proves

End-to-end product building: I set up the payment integration, built the automated flows and put the commercial architecture in place: tiering, upsell, referral. On my own, with AI as a lever, from idea to a product that makes money. Feastly started as an event site and quiz for a personal milestone; when I saw the pattern (people want this, and it can be automated), I turned it into this product.

02Commercial platform, in development
Quizzery

Quizzery: build your own pub quiz in 5 minutes and play it live right away with friends, at home or with colleagues

What it is

My second product is a spin-off from Feastly: a platform for building your own pub quiz in five minutes and playing it live. The host clicks through the questions on the big screen; teams answer with one phone per team. Same approach as Feastly: self-service, automated delivery and online payment, on its own technical foundation and with its own identity. Alongside the pub quiz there are also daily puzzles to play, independent of each other, three new ones every day.

What it proves

That Feastly is not a one-off. The architecture choices behind it (self-service, tiering, automated flows) turn out to be reusable for a second market. From one product to a portfolio, still built in the evening hours.

In development. The link will appear here once quizzery.nl is live.

03Custom-built for sessions

Also custom-built: instruments for sessions and strategy days

Alongside my own products, I build instruments for a specific moment: a working format that gets a room moving, made for that one session.

Trend quiz as the opener of a strategy day

Recording instrument for two hundred voices

For the strategy day of a media company I built a realtime trend quiz: the room plays along in teams on their own phones, the host runs the big screen, and every reveal comes with data visualisations and sources. The discussion about the course towards 2030 started with a shared factual picture and energy, instead of a passive room.

For a conference with 200 participants I built a recording tool, so that group discussions in the break-outs lead directly to output: at each table, participants speak their conclusion into it (or they can type it). A QR code takes them to the online tool. The audio is transcribed automatically by the host and appears in a live dashboard with word clouds per theme, ready for the plenary debrief.

A generalised, free version of this recording instrument is available under Productivity tools, together with more small tools.

What these projects have in common: I prototype, test and deliver, fast and without waiting for anyone. I bring that same builder's mentality to organisations that want to get moving with AI: no PowerPoint, something that works.
